Anomalies

This function carries out a PAA / PAT for the serial number given thus allowing early indication of (occasionally) occurring field failures.

The measurement data of the individual item is compared to the data of other individual items, is examined for anomalies and a characteristic ratio figure is calculated.



The results of this function determines whether an individual item is an outlier and therefore presents a higher risk of failure or not.
