Quality management & reporting (REP)

Quality assurance is the central element of monitoring complex production processes. In order to achieve high productivity, the iTAC.MES.Suite provides all relevant quality data in real-time as well as a comprehensive evaluation aid, similar to that of the German Central Association for Electrotechnology and Electronic Industries (Zentralverband Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie e.V. (ZVEI)).

With the help of the various display variants, different analysis levels can be visualized and the complex leadership work is supported by visual abstraction. All training in this subject first delivers a short, repetitive overview of the iTAC.MES.Suite workplace and Customizing, particularly in the areas that have direct influence on reporting and quality management.
As well as an explanation of the most important terms, this training also demonstrates the possibilities for evaluating production processes. The existing analysis methods such as resource analysis, process analysis and failure type analysis are discussed and demonstrated using real-time data.

The norms and guidelines, together with calculation methods based on the QM module and the corresponding calculation for evaluations, are additionally explained.
