First Level Support (FLS)

Customers who wish to provide 1st level support for their iTAC.MES.Suite will require substantial knowledge of the architecture, communication models and functionality of the iTAC.MES.Suite.

In the respective training courses, participants learn about the activities and actions necessary for working with the iTAC.MES.Suite in a technical context.

Main topics:

• Server concept and structure
• Structure and use of the version number
• Communication model
• System Management Environment (SME)

The SME (System Management Environment) includes functions for obtaining important information on the current status of the server, client and database. In this training course, administrators will learn which settings they can change themselves in future.

Furthermore, participants are taught how to find possible errors by setting up and reading the log files correctly.

Upon successful completion of the seminar, the participants will be able to able to provide 1st level support or at least be able to serve as a competent contact person for providing iTAC Support with the necessary technical information.
