Successful introduction, acceptance and effective deployment of an integral active traceability solution – only trained and qualified staff are able to successfully introduce the MES standard software.


ITAC offers a number of training units, which can be planned and delivered individually, depending on the area of expertise and previous knowledge of the participants.

For our customers and partners professional training of all personnel involved is one of the most important steps for the introduction of the iTAC.MES.Suite.

The practical training supplies a comprehensive overview of the functions, possible applications and processes of the standard software. It demonstrates how a company can achieve product quality optimization and increase the productivity and efficiency of the company processes.

(IP) Customizing & implementation

If discrete manufacturing is mapped with the iTAC.MES.Suite, it is necessary to understand the complete structure of the application. more

(TR) Traceability & active traceability
Transparency of complex production processes is one of the most important reasons for introducing MES software. more


(API) System integration / API – Service Adapter
The API – Service Adapter presents the interface components for mapping the vertical integration of production plants. more

(PR) Paperless repair
The iTAC.MES.Suite guarantees complete traceability for all finished products, including faulty or repaired parts. more

(FINT) System integration interface / file interface
Via transfer schema the interface seminars provide an overview of all integration possibilities for machines with different functions. more

(REP) Quality management & reporting
Quality assurance is the central element when monitoring complex production processes. In order to achieve high productivity, the iTAC.MES.Suite provides all relevant quality data in real-time as well as a comprehensive evaluation aid, similar to that of the German Central Association for Electro-technology and Electronic Industries (Zentralverband Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie e.V. - ZVEI). more

(ERP) Integration of ERP systems
Data exchange between the iTAC.MES.Suite and the ERP system takes place via a standardized, bidirectional interface – the iTAC transfer tables. more

(FLS) First Level Support
If a customer wishes to take command of the 1st level support for their iTAC.MES.Suite, they will require substantial knowledge of the architecture, communication models and functions of the iTAC.MES.Suite. more

(DELTA) Delta training
Within the release cycles defined by iTAC, various new functions are developed in consultation with the customer and integrated into the standard iTAC.MES.Suite. This accommodates the growing demands on the MES system. more

Experts at iTAC with training as well as practical experience adapt the seminars to suit the previous knowledge and requirements of the participants, such as users, key users, administrators, etc.
