Paperless repair (PR)

The iTAC.MES.Suite guarantees complete traceability for all finished products, including faulty or repaired parts.

As well as the complete history of process-related data of a product, failure type, error location and the corresponding lot are documented as is the process information of which procedure requires a repair. If the repair has been carried out, this information is also stored. If the repair has not been carried out or only in part, the iTAC.MES.Suite carries out a process interlock.

During this training the participants learn about the paperless repair functions of the iTAC.MES.Suite. These make it possible for test data in the QM of the faulty product needing repair to be accessed from every workplace via the PR Client immediately after testing and as soon as the corresponding serial number has been scanned in.

The PR Client and its operational functions (analysis, repair) including all necessary steps and settings to start the PR Client are introduced and carried out together with the participants.
