If a discrete manufacturing plant is mapped with the iTAC.MES.Suite, it is necessary to understand the complete structure of the application.

During training the participants learn the functions of the iTAC.MES.Suite user interface, how to use them and they become familiar with the different modules of the MES software. Here, the terms and abbreviations used within the iTAC.MES.Suite as well as the important terms from the world of MES and production are explained.

Complete customizing (machine assets, lines, ERP groups, part groups, part masters, BOMs, work plans, orders) is carried out with a simple replication of a production plant.

Serialized production, batch-oriented production, digital scrap acquisition, active traceability and much more – a traceability solution is reconstructed using case studies. All relevant components of the manufacturing process are replicated with the help of the iTAC.MES.Suite.

The technical level at which the individual topics are taught is discussed with the participants.
