Even before beginning a project, we analyze and evaluate the operational requirements such as IT environment, network, machinery, etc.. The detailed documentation of all work steps prior to and during installation is a valuable aid and essential for 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support.

We generally perform the initial installation on-site –the iTAC.MES.Suite standard software also allows us to carry out installation via remote control.
