individual serial number online, so that all necessary specifications are adhered
to throughout the manufacturing process and so that faulty
products are separated out during this process.
Quality problems are detected in real-time during the
production processes, causes are analyzed and elimination measures are assessed
systematically and in quasi real-time in a continuous improvement process.
Further processing of non-conformant units along the
production line is prevented immediately (process interlocking). This ensures
