iTAC Software AG complies with the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act. No personally-identifiable data is collected, i.e. information allowing the immediate identification of an individual or serving as a basis for identification.
The disclosure of personal data to third parties or the usage going beyond the processing of the request will not take place. In case a transmission to a third party should be necessary to answer the request the consent of the requestor shall be deemed to have been granted for this particular case.

The main purpose of the collection, processing and use of personally-identifiable data is the selling of the standard software iTAC.MES.Suite. The secondary purpose of the collection, processing or use of personally-identifiable data is the administration of human resources, suppliers and customers.

In compliance with the purpose under point 4 the collection, processing and use of personally-identifiable data concerns the following groups of persons:
customer data (address data, contract data)
human resources data for the administration of employees and external parties)

7. Statutory deadlines for the erasure of data
Erasure of data takes place after expiry of the statutory or contractual periods of retention. Data not being subject to the retention period shall be erased when the purpose described under No. 4 ceases to exist.
8. Intended transfer of data to third countries
A transfer to third countries according to the purposes described under Nos. 4 and 5 is possible provided the transfer is lawful in the sense of the purpose described. In this connection, the stipulations in the scope of § 11 of the Federal Data Protection Act will be complied with in accordance with the purpose.
